OMG I have a horror story to tell regarding
PLDT Customer Service, my DSL "connectivity" (hahaha connect? That's a laugh...) and what the hell does it take to get some decent service around here.
At the end of an hour conversing with and troubleshooting with and complaining to PLDT's customer service agents, this is the end result:

WTF man? Is THIS what I pay for? I needed to send some very important stuff before heading back to the office and this is what I end up with. Sigh.
Anyway, will post the recording of my conversation with the last Customer Service Agent after I edit out or bleep my swear words. Hehe.
