Hey folks! Just wondering maybe some of you might have or know someone who has available parking space for lease at California Garden Square. Was planning to move there but the unit I liked didn't have parking space included in the lease. =( Bummer.

Anyway, please let me know! I'm desperate! My lease ends April, and I really wanted to move to the new place by end of this month. Sigh. If I don't find a spot I may have to pay for parking by the hour... that's 20 bucks an hour, even for residents. The bastards! Mas mahal pa sa Makati amp... >.<

Housewarming party to follow. Pool party preferred. =P

Sus! Mura nga doon eh lol! And it's not as big as I thought... the place is nearer my office though and it's a gated area, so pretty ok na. ^_^

have you got yourself a parking slot already? we're planning to move there also, but i heard parking spaces are really scarce there. I've seen vacant spots though, and I can't help but wonder how come admin would say that there are no available slots... just for the not having a parking slot, we might cancel our transfer to CGS...= (

We were able to secure a parking slot by asking around the place... not through the admin. Some of the tenants actually do own the spots but just don't use them.

Others actually had to "bribe" a guard to be able to secure a spot for themselves. Something like, "I'll pay 4k for the parking spot, the 1k goes to you..."

It's really a lousy system, IMO. And we were just fortunate to find a spot that was available close enough to our place. But our luck's about to run out, because in a month's time, the owner of our spot will take it back. =(
