And what's even more amazing is the speed at which the news spread--already a number of notable bloggers and blogs have picked up the news, growing the awareness of the incident exponentially. Entertainment personalities with blogs (people like Lea Salonga), government officials (Congressman Ruffy Biazon) and even popular bloggers (Brian Gorrell), have taken up the mantle in the hopes that spreading the news might aid Matthew's speedy return.
I still hope and pray that Matthew will be returned to his family safe and sound. I cannot even begin to imagine what his family must be going through.
Saw this off of a friend's FaceBook status. Her nephew was abducted yesterday. full details on her Multiply blog. Here's an excerpt:
My pamangkin, Kuya Ken's son Matthew was abducted last night at Festival Mall in Alabang.
Name: Matthew" Chu-chu" David Samudio Age: 3 Years Old, Can barely speak straight. Address: 16 guyabano st umali rd. summitville subdivision putatan muntinlupa city 1770
He was last seen at Tom's World Arcade in Festival Mall Alabang, around 8pm yesterday July 22, 2008 wearing Green Checkered Polo, Maong pants and Green Mr. Bean Slippers.
When we reviewed the surveillance camera in said mall, there was this chubby impoverished looking girl around 12-13 years old wearing a dirtied pink top with floral design and a reddish jogging pants who summoned my nephew and then whispered something to him, then my pamangkin who is very "bibo" readily took her hand as they went out of the said premises.
Be sure to drop by her blog as well for updates. Really hope we can help, even through vigilance via the internet.
Well it depends really. I kinda like how much easier the dashboard is on the eyes... no longer one long ass update list of ignore ignore ignore invites...
If you haven't seen this video yet, you should! And yes you'll see some very familiar YouTube and Internet personalities. Let's see if you can name em all!
Enjoy!
(Favorite cameo: The Dancing Banana) Lol

EDIT: Demmit, embedding not allowed and won't work. Lol!
We'll be the 4th band playing I think. Formula Juan and Shuteyeview are friends. And some of the old members of VH are WoW adiks. Lol.
Calye Brown is Atchie's Bar... is it? It is? I honestly have no clue. But if you're going to watch us, be prepared to stay late... I think our set will be at 10 or 11 pa. Whew. And be prepared for some noooiiizzze! We're playing: Paramore. Flyleaf. Scheer. Awesome.
I'm such a fan of statement shirts. So sue me. Aside from my bright orange zippo and laptop case, it's a good way to get a person's attention and break the ice.

I can’t help but wonder why floods are still everywhere within the Metro Manila area during a down pour, even if your office had already spent millions of tax payer’s money cleaning the estero’s and rehabilitating the pumping stations. I grew up in the same street where I am living now, and I can only remember once or twice (at most) wherein our street got flooded due to heavy rains — take note, “heavy rains”.
But now, it is very much different: the entire street gets flooded after a 20-30 minute rain. No, I am not complaining because I am against you, but I do not see my money’s worth in the way your office handles flood control.
Hahaha I totally agree with Bob. Here's what I replied to him on his blog.
I agree with you sir. In fact, I used to live around the Pasong Tamo area… and by golly the floods there are legendary and have been there forever! And to think there’s a canal right beside Pasong Tamo–underneath the Mile Long Compound! What the hell?!
And you know what they did to ‘beautify’ Pasong Tamo? They put those little reflective studs on the street, from end to end… that’s supposed to help traffic and flooding how?
I want to see receipts of their spending… I want to know where my tax pesos are going!
Thank God wala na ko sa Pasong Tamo area... haayz.
One of my fondest memories at last June's Toys and Collectibles Convention (ToyCon) was seeing this really awesome young band play kick ass rock songs that were most probably older than them. This lovely lady trio from Davao really got my attention when they performed live during the ToyCon: Ladies and Gentlemen--My Odessa.
Not only did they play songs like Sweet Child 'O Mine, Rock and Roll and Moby Dick by Led Zep and Highway Star, but they played them to perfection while adding their own signature angry girl twist to the song. Fuck yeah.
All three of them sang--the guitarist, the bassist, the drummer--all of them had a song each, and more. And the songs I listed above? These aren't your simple 4 chord pattern songs--fucking Moby Dick is to rock drummer's as Stariway to Heaven is to guitarists... and Sweet Child? That jaw-dropping guitar solo in the outro? Holy hell... and they all sang vocals and backup vocals.
And the best part? The best part is they're all totally hot.
There I said it. I have a serious crush on all three of them.
The World’s oldest blogger Aussie Olive Riley has died this week at age 108 years. She started blogging in February 2007 after a friend suggested the idea and offered to type up the posts on her behalf.
Her blog, The Life of Riley, became an international hit, with readers logging on from the United States to Russia to hear stories about her life.
Mrs Riley’ tales of surviving two world wars and the Depression, bringing up three children on her own and working as a cook in the Australian outback and a barmaid in Sydney, were also nominated for a Blogger’s Choice Award in 2007.
For the internet! Hehehe... here's an excerpt from my latest Cnet Blog post (and yes tagal ko nang di nakakasulat... Wala pa rin internet sa haws huhu...)
But Multiply, wow... now there's some pretty impressive numbers. First of all, a disclaimer: they don't have the high number of registrants like Friendster does. Multiply only has a grand total of 12M registered users. But, and this is a big but, 2.8M of that 12M are Filipino, and they make up more than 30% of Multiply's daily traffic. But wait, there's more! Out of the total 2M photos uploaded daily, Filipinos upload, get this, 1M photos. The record high for photos uploaded by Filipinos was set last December 26, 2007--1.8M photos were uploaded on that day.
Yup! Levi's is holding a big ass sale! Up to 75% off... on bastons and acid wash jeans... haha joke lang. But seriously, you guys might be craving for some hot pants... now's the time to dig in!

And yes, you can see the girl's thong... teh hawtness!
Then do this! As usual, thanks to Tin, Kristina, Lot and Marky for the inspiration! Kaya lang baduy ng results ko... I demand a retry!
Anyway, here it goes:
1. Click here. The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2. Clickhere. The last four words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album. (If you want to do this again, you'll hit refresh to generate new quotes, because clicking the quotes link again will just give you the same quotes over and over again.)
3. Clickhere. Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4. Clickhere. The first ten links you end up in (minus the .coms) are your 10 song titles.
